Satchel Powers is one of the holographic kids conjured up by Leonard Powers in the pilot episode of "Ugly Americans". He is a young blond white boy in human form. Leonard uses his "children" as an excuse to get out of doing field work with Mark Lilly.
Leonard tells Mark that he can't help him with work because he has to take his "kids" to soccer practice. He also says that Satchel plays violin and Phoebe is taking up tennis.
