The Nose is an item obtained by Mark Lilly at Dwayne Reede in the game Citizen Ugly. Mark gives a zombie in front of the store some Hair from a werewolf and he makes it into a beard. In return, the zombie gives Mark his nose. Mark then brings the nose to a zombie at the Sub Club for the zombie's Chin.
