Billy is a minor character in Ugly Americans. He makes his debut in the pilot episode.
History[]
Billy is a Jewish squid. He gets interrogated by Francis Grimes for information at the Chelsea Piers. When Grimes is "airboarding" him, Billy tells Grimes that he can't think straight "with all that sonar equipment they're using now." Mark Lilly then saves Billy by giving Grimes the squid's paperwork, proving that Billy is an American citizen. Mark tells Grimes that he was at Billy's bar mitzvah.
