The New Paltz Zombieology Center is the headquarters of a zombie cult in New Paltz, New York, in the episode "Better Off Undead". The center is run by a zombie named Xavier Gates.
Randall Skeffington joins the zombieology center when he tries to learn how to stalk Krystal. Xavier teaches Randall in becoming a "pure" zombie.
Randall leaves the center when it charges him 500 dollars for eating a man's brain.
