Koala Boy is a vigilante sidekick who aids Batperson (Mark Lilly) in his quest to fight crime. His real identity is Doug the koala man. Francis Grimes makes Batperson take him as his sidekick and form a crime-fighting duo. They work together to fight Sabrina Maroney in "The Dork Knight" (2x16).
Batperson finally turns into a bat-like creature and catches Sabrina successfully. When Batperson seems to have lost control of himself, Koala Boy bites him in the penis in order to counteract the bat boy venom and turn him back to Mark in human form. Koala Boy/Doug must bite Mark in the same place every day for a year to prevent Mark from relapsing.
