The Chin is the last item obtained by Mark Lilly at the Sub Club in the game Citizen Ugly. Mark gives a zombie at the bar another zombie's Nose. In return, the zombie gives Mark his chin. Mark gives the chin to Randall Skeffington for setting up a romantic dinner for Mark and Callie Maggotbone.
